Long Term Skirting and Insulation Requirements:
We require hard siding skirting to meet or exceed true polar temps as low as -30 below before windchill. All of our long term tenants have hard siding, heat tape their water and sewer lines, and opt to put special RV outdoor heaters under their RV or Park Model. Bales of Hay are not allowed due to State health standards. We reserve the right to turn off the water if it presents a danger of freezing and cracking.

We are no longer able to accept on a long term basis Motorhomes, FEMA Trailers or Skid Shacks per state health, safety and lodging standards.
