REGULATIONS & LICENSE
1. The rent is paid in advance.
2. Lessee is responsible within 24 hours to properly connect and insulate water and sewer to insure freezing of lines does not occur.

Stonehouse RV Park LLC reserves the right to turn off the water if the weather conditions present a risk of the water lines freezing.

Sewer lines must be in good condition. Damaged Sewer lines must be replaced not repaired.
3. The ND Health Department requires the roadway to be accessible to emergency vehicles.
4. Occupants are restricted to the RV owner, Spouse/Partner, and Children.
5. Lessee shall be responsible at Lessee’s sole expense for all damage to the sewer, water or electricity, and any other damage to the Lessors Property, including any damage that occurs as the result of your guest(s).
6. Two parking spaces are provided for each lot.

All vehicles must be registered.

Mechanical work allowed with prior approval.
7. The General Rule of Conduct – Quiet Enjoyment starting at 8:00 PM.

No fireworks
-
No truck revving or idling
-
No parties, loud music, etc.
8. Guest Parking is in our guest parking area or street side. Guests that park inside the RV park will be at risk of being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
9. No Parking vehicles on the grass.

The exception is Lot 213 has 2 parking spaces on the grass to provide better access to the roadway.
10. BBQing is permitted providing you use a propane grill.
11. Wood fires, wood fire pits not allowed by City Ordinance
12. All Garbage must be deposited into garbage bins near the east entrance.
13. For insurance purposes, we have dog restrictions by weight, aggression, and breeds.
14. All Propane tanks must be strapped or secured to the RV.
15. No hazardous chemicals are allowed on the Lot.
It is required by the North Dakota Department of Health that the Rules and Regulations be distributed to each resident.
