Short Term Lease

(May 1 – October 31)

 Nightly, Weekly, Monthly Rates includes sewer, water, electric and garbage.

• $40 per night 

• $200 per week 

• $575 per month


(Short Term)

  1. Rent is paid in advance. 
  2. Weather Conditions:  In addition to any Arctic Package, Polar Package or Polar Insulated Soft Skirting, we require at a minimum, heat taping of both sewer and water riser and a heated water line. In extreme and unusual cold conditions, we reserve the right to turn off the water to protect the water line from freezing.
  3. State law requires each Lot must have 10-foot access for emergency vehicles on either side of the RV. There also must be 8-foot access between the RV and the back fence.
  4. Occupants are restricted to Lessee, Spouse and Children and cannot exceed the capacity of the RV.
  5. Neither the Lot or RV may be used as a place of business.
  6. Maintenance, Repair and Damages to the RV is strictly the responsibility of the Lessee.
  7. Stonehouse RV Park will provide sewer, water, garbage, lawn care and electricity.
  8. Two parking space are provided for each lot.
  9. NO Subleasing or loaning out your RV.
  10. For insurance purposes, we do have dog restrictions. Aggressive, territorial and/or the following breeds are not allowed: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf hybrids, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, and Mastiff. Well-mannered dogs are permitted providing they are kept on a leash and pet waste is picked up daily. All dogs must be indoor pets. Two dog limit.
  11. The General Rule of Conduct – Quiet Enjoyment.
  12. All Garbage must be deposited into garbage bins.
  13. Stonehouse RV is not liable for any damage or theft. Remember to lock your vehicles and RV.
  14. Do Not Park on the grass.
  15. No open fires, no wood fires. BBQing is permitted providing you use a gas/propane grill.

For any reason the rules and regulations are not being followed, we reserve the right to ask you to leave without reimbursement.


(Short Term)

LESSEE, and Lessee’s (his, hers, their) heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, does hereby agree to release, discharge and indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Lessor and Lessor’s heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, and Lessor’s employees, agents, contractors and representatives, from and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, damages and injuries to Lessee and Lessee’s Permitted Occupants’ persons and Lessee’s and Lessee’s Permitted Occupants’ personal property, and the persons and property of any and all other person or persons, including, without limitation, those persons who are now or may hereafter be occupying any other portion of the Stonehouse RV Park premises owned by Lessor, and Lessor’s heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, in any way directly or indirectly relating to or arising out of Lessee’s use, rental or occupancy of the above described RV Lot Premises space.

LESSOR shall not be responsible for damages caused to the Lessee or to Lessee’s property while on the leased space. This includes, without limitation, damage caused by freezing, leakage or flooding of the water and back-up of the sewer. Repair for water breaks, frozen hookups or other damages are the sole responsibility of and are to be borne by the Lessee.
